2022-2023 NC IPMA-HR Awards - NOMINATION FORMS


lIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

NC-IPMA's Lifetime Achievement Award is presented annually to an individual who has made significant accomplishments in the field of public Human Resources.

Eligible nominees will have worked for at least 20 years in public Human Resources. 




RECOGNITION AWARD

This award recognizes individuals or groups who introduce innovative programming which achieve high standards in at least one of the following categories:

  • Benefits
  • Classification and Compensation
  • Communications
  • Employee Relations
  • EEO/Diversity
  • Recruitment/Staffing
  • Training/Employee Development

PAST PRESIDENT'S AWARD

This award is given to a person who previously served as President of NC-IPMA and is at least one term removed from office. The award is granted for meritous achievement to the field of Human Resources, IPMA-HR, and/or NC-IPMA

mYERS JOHNSON NEW MEMBER AWARD

This award is presented to members with three or fewer years of service whose contributions to the organization have been beyond those required of new members and who have helped to advance the mission of NC-IPMA.

Entries must be received no later than February 28, 2023.
Nominations must be submitted from current members of NC IPMA-HR only.
